Ndidi is paired with Sarah Ahearn, a grade six science teacher at Central Middle School in Quincy. Their focus this year is to begin teaching the students scientific language and communication. The students will develop these skills by generating and analyzing data from various climate change activities that are planned throughout the school year. Ndidi plans to bring her knowledge of biochemistry and chemistry into the classroom to facilitate these lessons. She plans to educate her students about the underlying scientific principles that lead to the current phenomenon of global warming being witnessed today.
